I led design for two internal platforms:

Adsola – Ad Management SaaS Platform

I led the end-to-end product design for Adsola, a SaaS platform for ad performance tracking and creative automation.

🧑‍💻 Role & Scope

Led product design across 120+ screens, from user flows to UI system. Defined core interaction models and scalable components, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.

📐 Design Focus

Balanced dense data, real-world workflows, and long-term scalability. Unified complex modules such as BI, automation, and creatives within a single, flexible design system.

🎛️ Modular UI for Real Workflows

BI Board

Designed a dense, filterable dashboard for campaign analytics, supporting flexible metrics, batch actions, and exportable reports. Enabled producers and analysts to track ROAS, CTR, and spend across hundreds of assets with clarity.

Automation

Created a rule-based engine for defining and scheduling ad actions, such as pausing underperforming ads or reallocating budget, without requiring engineering involvement. Applied progressive disclosure to maintain simplicity while supporting advanced logic.

Creative Tools

Designed asset management tools including batch tagging, visual previews, and a custom timeline editor for video creatives. Supported scalable operations for managing hundreds of variants with traceability and version control.

🛠️ Design System & Developer Handoff

Built a flexible design system for complex, real-world use cases, collaborating with engineers to ensure scalable, high-quality implementation.

Component Library & Usage Patterns

Developed a scalable library with clear usage guidelines to support varied modules. Prioritized clarity and adaptability over rigid rules, enabling consistent UI across BI dashboards, forms, and creative tools. Improved speed and long-term maintainability.

Developer Collaboration & QA Support

Worked with frontend engineers to translate UI patterns into code components. Delivered precise Figma documentation, usage guides, and state variants. Supported QA to catch edge cases early and ensure visual alignment in production.

EdgeBridge – Game Asset Workflow Platform

EdgeBridge was a self-initiated tool co-created with the product manager to address recurring handoff issues in the creative pipeline. Built alongside Adsola, it centralized asset requests, feedback, and version tracking for planners, illustrators, marketers, and IP reviewers. I led the workflow structure and UI design.

🌪️ Why it started

Processes were fragmented across tools, causing delays and rework due to lost tasks and unclear responsibilities among PMs, illustrators, marketers, and external IP teams.

✍️ What I did

Co-led planning and designed the platform from the ground up. Consolidated fragmented workflows, clarified responsibilities, and improved cross-team visibility.

🚀 What changed

Improved task tracking and handoffs. Shortened review times and reduced errors and duplicate work across teams.

👥 Role-Specific Interfaces to Streamline Handoff

Designed modular views adapted to the specific needs of each team. Throughout the entire process, from planning to final review, every role accessed only the information that mattered most, enhancing focus and ensuring alignment.

Developers & Planners

Submit asset requests with detailed production notes, references, and deadlines to eliminate ambiguity from the outset.

Illustrators

Access focused views for task instructions and asset uploads. Built-in version control streamlined revisions.

Game PMs

Track progress, review submissions, and provide feedback through a centralized panel to minimize blockers and shorten cycle time.

IP Reviewers

Review deliverables with side-by-side visuals and feedback history. Clearly approve or request changes for brand alignment.

🏁 Final Takeaway

Adsola and EdgeBridge addressed key operational bottlenecks across ad operations and creative workflows. By designing both platforms from scratch, I improved process clarity, reduced rework, and accelerated execution across teams. These projects strengthened my ability to build scalable systems and collaborate across functions.
